9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
9.2. The parties agree to resolve any disputes amicably before seeking legal remedies.
10. Final Provisions10.1. This Agreement enters into force from the moment the User accepts the Offer and remains valid until all obligations are fulfilled.
10.2. The Company reserves the right to amend this Offer at any time without prior notice. The updated version is published on the website and becomes effective immediately upon publication.
